Workout updates!

Hey guys! So if you are on my Facebook, you know I'm doing TurboFire now. I wanted to fill everyone in on what it is, and how amazing it is.

So, TurboFire is like cardio on drugs lol. You do a ton of different moves, something called HIIT(high intensity interval training), all while listening to crazy music. The woman who created this (Chalene Johnson) loves music, and everything is mixed and choreographed so that every move goes directly with the music. It's great.

It's also hard. I get out of breath super fast, but I'm getting stronger every day. I have not measured myself lately, but my weight is down by like 2-3 pounds after only 3 weeks, I'm stronger, and my body is tighter. Alot of people ask "Why the hell are you doing this?! You are a stick!!!" I do this because it helps me feel better, and I need to be strong for my job. You try lifting 30+ lb batteries all day and not cry, lol.

For anyone wanting to get in shape, I highly recommend going onto teambeachbody.com and looking at what they have to offer. They are the company that does Insanity and P90X. And they do payment plans. What I did was I signed up for a coach, and I super love her, she inspires me and pushes me. I consider her a great friend, and if you need someone to do that for you, there are plenty of people online to kick you in the ass.

My box also came with A few books to help kickstart my success & help with the nutritional aspect, and a few tools (like a resistance band). So it was totally worth the money I put in.
