Yesterday was the first day. I think I did pretty good. Mind you, most of the junk food listed was free, so it took lots of self control not to eat way more of it.
- 2 cups hot green tea
- 2 32oz bottles water
- one glass orange juice
- 1 apple
- small roast beef sandwich, no condiments
- some turkey
- 2 bowls turkey macaroni salad
- 2 small slices chocolate cake
- 1 cup orange soda
For Today...
I'm bringing my snacks with me, probably an apple and banana, plus these amazing things called masa chips that I got in my NatureBox this month. I won't have time for lunch today since I have a doctors appointment on my break. I think I will do alot better than yesterday, as long as I stay away from the damn cake lol.
